The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management and successful delivery of a high-profile energy project. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project team, you will support all financial, contractual, and commercial activities across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Managing subcontractor accounts, applications, valuations, and final accounts Supporting commercial reporting, forecasting, and budget management Producing accurate Cost Value Reports (CVRs) Monitoring project costs, risks, and commercial performance Reviewing contracts, rates, and procurement packages Identifying cost-saving opportunities and commercial improvements Supporting stakeholder management and client relationships Assisting in the leadership and development of the commercial function Requirements To be considered for this Quantity Surveyor opportunity, you should have:
