. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of projects while receiving structured APC support from experienced Chartered Surveyors.

• Work across a 50/50 mix of project work and professional services.
• Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence.
• Assist with contract administration and project management.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of work and technical reports.
• Work on refurbishment and capital projects from inception through to completion.
• Gain exposure across commercial, education, defence, infrastructure, residential and public sector projects.

• BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
• Previous Building Surveying experience through industry placement or consultancy.
• Keen to work towards MRICS Chartership.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to develop into a well-rounded Chartered Building Surveyor.

• Salary up to £40,000
