An established residential developer is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, working across a range of new-build housing developments.
A great opportunity to join a growing business, with a varied workload and the chance to play a key role in the commercial delivery of quality new homes.
The role:Managing costs, budgets and financial reporting across housing developments.
Procuring subcontractor packages and negotiating rates.
Managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
Working closely with site teams to ensure commercial targets are met.
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within house building or residential construction.
Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.
Confident managing subcontractors and working with site teams.
Circa £60,000 salary plus package, depending on experience.
