Full-Time, Office-Based We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Assistant to join a busy and growing organisation in Salisbury on a week-by-week temporary basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales support experience who is available to start immediately. Day-to-day of the role:
Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Support customers with product, delivery, and order enquiries. Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met. Maintain accurate records on company systems. Assist the sales team with administrative and customer support duties. Manage customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales Support, Internal Sales, or Account Support role. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong administrative and organisational abilities. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload. Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach. Desirable

Experience:

Experience with in the medical devices, medical consumables, medical components, healthcare, or technical manufacturing sectors. Experience supporting B2B customers.
