Insurance Customer Service Advisor

We're looking for a confident Customer Service Advisor to join a growing European services business.

Working within a diverse and supportive team, you'll play a key role in helping customers with insurance enquiries, policy administration, and claims management across multiple markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building customer relationships, and delivering outstanding service.

You'll be the trusted point of contact for customers, brokers, insurers, and suppliers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with care.

• Supporting customers with insurance-related queries
• Managing customer communications via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Handling insurance claims from initial notification through to resolution
• Investigating claims, gathering evidence, and liaising with insurers and suppliers
• Building strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Ensuring service levels are met while maintaining excellent customer outcomes

• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous claims handling experience is beneficial but not essential
