Provide high level customer service and administrative support.

The role:

- Answer all customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely manner
- Order processing and arranging deliveries
- Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting
- Process invoices and take payment details
- Support the team with any administration duties as necessary The candidate:

- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous customer service or admin experience
- Desired
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail - IT literate (ideally SAP) Salary:
