Underley Garden School, part of Outcomes First Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Outdoor Education & PE Instructor to deliver engaging outdoors-based learning for pupils with complex needs. This role combines forest school and physical education to build confidence, resilience and independence through adventurous, active learning.
Responsibilities include planning sessions, leading trips and ensuring safety across activities, with opportunities to shape an innovative outdoor learning curriculum.
