Secondary Teacher Full Time (Full Academic Year)

Revised Recruitment Group is recruiting passionate and dedicated Secondary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming secondary schools throughout Cardiff for the full academic year. We are looking for enthusiastic educators across all subject specialisms who are committed to delivering high-quality learning and supporting students to achieve their full potential.

Whether you are an experienced teacher, an Early Career Teacher (ECT), or returning to the classroom, we have opportunities available across a variety of subjects and school settings.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and where applicable Key Stage 5.
• Teach your specialist subject area while adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Assess pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a secondary school environment.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for your specialist area.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to supporting students' academic progress and wellbeing.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or eligibility to register.
