We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEND school in Telford from March 2026. This fulfilling role involves supporting primary-aged pupils with moderate to complex learning needs and communication challenges, helping them build confidence, achieve academically, and enjoy a positive school experience.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils engage with their learning
• Promote communication skills, independence, and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to tailor learning activities
• Contribute to a calm, safe, and inclusive environment where all pupils can flourish

• A nurturing and creative setting supporting pupils with a broad range of additional needs, including moderate to complex learning difficulties and communication needs
• A supportive and experienced team that values teamwork and shared expertise
• A well-equipped campus with convenient public transport links

• Patient, proactive, and genuinely committed to supporting children with SEND
• Experience working with pupils with additional needs or communication difficulties
• Confident managing behaviour positively and building strong, trusting relationships
• Able to provide references, hold a valid DBS, and demonstrate Right to Work in the UK
