SEN Teacher

Aday in the life as a teacher:
- Teaching a range of abilities and needs ranging from KS 2, 3, 4 & 5
- Delivering a tailored curriculum, encouraging confidence and redefining what traditional learning looks like
- Mentoring for academic achievement, personal development, well-being, resilience and preparation for the next steps
- Learners will likely have a history of emotional, social and behavioural difficulties, your job is to provide a small nurturing environment that allows for them and you to thrive
- Experience working within SEN educational environments
- Able to lead with confidence
- A compassionate and empathetic educator
- A dedication to safeguarding procedures and always following staff protocol
- Either:
Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent - Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
- Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service
- Level 2 Safeguarding training (provided)
- At least two professional references covering a 24-month period

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
