* Print We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Reading Culture and Library Coordinator to lead the development of reading for pleasure across our school and manage our library as a welcoming, inclusive and inspiring learning environment.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging library lessons, support pupils in developing confidence and independence as readers, and encourage them to explore a diverse range of texts. They will coordinate whole-school initiatives such as book clubs, author visits, competitions and themed events, working closely with staff to promote reading across the curriculum.

The role also includes managing library resources and systems, supporting pupil-led activities and strengthening links with families, local libraries and community organisations.

We are looking for a highly organised and imaginative individual with a genuine love of reading and the ability to inspire young people of all interests and abilities.
