You will support surface and mechanical metrology systems, drive service infrastructure, and implement product updates with cross-functional teams across a growing Newport facility with extensive R&D and manufacturing spaces.
You will act as the Voice of Service, ensuring scalable tools, processes and training while collaborating with engineering and field teams to improve service delivery and customer outcomes.
