CBRE Local UK is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the team in Newport. You will be responsible for the routine maintenance of Heating & Air-conditioning plant, evaporative cooling systems, and domestic water systems, ensuring safe working practices and adherence to service levels.
Maintaining pumps, motors and valves and operating cooling towers will be essential, with out-of-hours standby as required. Formal mechanical services training and H&S awareness are expected.
