12-month Fixed-Term Contract A leading financial services business in Newport is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a strong opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insight and supporting key business decisions.

The Role You will act as a trusted finance partner to the wider business, using financial analysis and commercial insight to help drive performance. Key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business performance and financial drivers Producing and analysing management information, budgets and forecasts Providing clear financial insight and commentary to support decision-making Challenging assumptions and highlighting opportunities, risks and areas for improvement Supporting financial planning and performance reviews Analysing variances and identifying the key drivers behind performance Developing strong relationships across finance and operational teams Improving the quality and effectiveness of financial reporting Supporting strategic projects and wider business initiatives About You We are looking for a confident finance professional who can go beyond reporting and add genuine commercial value.

You will ideally have:
