Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Specialty Dr in Adult Psychiatry to work full-time hours per week for our NHS client’s inpatient team based in Newport, Hampshire. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for an immediate start, for a short-term contract.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to evaluate adults’ mental health challenges, considering personal history and symptoms.

Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.

Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize care.

Contribute to risk assessments and management strategies to ensure safety and well-being.

Apply clinical expertise with a compassionate approach.

Qualifications and

Experience:

Full GMC license to practice
Section 12 Approved
Experience in General Adult Psychiatry
