Community Staff Nurse West Team

Job Summary

• To work as a member of the Community Health Care Team.
• To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care under the direction of the team leader.
• To ensure the provision of effective, efficient, appropriate, high quality patient care over 24 hours, seven days a week.
• To deputise for the District Nursing Team Manager/Deputy in their absence.
• To act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and other policies.

A registered nurse permanent post has become available within the Central West District Nursing Team for a staff nurse who wishes to develop their nursing career within the exciting speciality of community nursing. Applications are invited from motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a flexible approach who are committed to providing compassionate nursing care of the highest standards to people within their own home and local community.
