AI Engineer
South Wales - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Up to 50,000 + Annual Bonus

CPS Group are supporting a leading financial services organisation in South Wales as they expand their AI & Automation capability. They're looking to hire an AI Engineer to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that drive real operational and commercial impact.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work with modern AI tooling across Microsoft's ecosystem, building production-ready solutions that improve processes, enhance decision-making, and unlock business efficiency.

The Role:

Developing AI-powered solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder)
Designing intelligent automation workflows for enterprise-scale use
Working with APIs and Azure AI services where required
Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
Taking solutions from concept through to live deployment

Skills/

Experience:

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (essential)
Practical experience delivering AI or automation solutions
Understanding of applied AI, LLMs, or intelligent process automation
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Nice to have:
Azure AI, Python, Dataverse, regulated industry experience
