Site Maintenance Officer Salary :
Up to £28,000 per annum Location :
South Wales, Regional Travel Your Role To ensure that the grounds are well maintained and that all approaches to the Home are accessible, neat, tidy and clear of any hazards. To cut grass and hedges as required. To operate a planned system of general maintenance and repairs. To ensure the smooth running of all plant machinery and equipment, including safety and state of repair.
