Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking a Multi-Skilled Shift Maintenance Engineer in Newport, South Wales. The role covers planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a busy FMCG site, with a rotating 3-shift pattern (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am) and a salary of £42,892.
You will work with production teams to maximise equipment reliability, manage maintenance records, and support site utilities. Applicants should have NVQ Level 3+ in Electrical/Mechanical and a minimum of 3 years’
