We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Cleaning team. ICC Wales is a world-class convention centre,hosting major conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies and events throughoutthe year. As part of our team, you'll help create a welcoming environment forguests and visitors by ensuring our venue is always presented to the highest standards.
What you'll be doingWorking as part of our Cleaning team, you will:
- Clean all assigned areas in line with ICC Wales standards
- Ensure public,front-of-house and back-of-house areas are kept clean, tidy and well maintained
- Maintain the cleanliness of lifts, corridors, event spaces and communal areas
- Report maintenance issues promptly to Shift Leaders
- Support thewider team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Complete related duties and special assignments as required
We're looking for people who:
- Have a good command of English
- Take pride intheir work and have excellent attention to detail
- Are reliable,positive and proactive
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Have previous cleaning experience, although this is not essential as full training willbe provided
- Enjoy contributing to a high-performing team environment
