We are recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager and Registered Manager for a brand new, state-of-the-art care home on the Isle of Wight. This is a permanent Care Home Manager job offering a £52,000 salary plus £12,500 bonus, ideal for a proven Registered Manager with a strong background in elderly care.

This role is perfect for an established Care Home Manager or Registered Manager looking to lead the commissioning, opening, and long‑term management of a modern care home.

As Care Home Manager and Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Full operational leadership of a CQC‑registered care home
• Acting as the Registered Manager with the CQC
• Leading the commissioning and opening of a new build care home
• Managing all aspects of elderly residential and/or nursing care
• Recruiting, managing, and developing the care home team
• Ensuring ongoing CQC compliance, inspections, and quality standards
• Managing budgets, occupancy, and performance as Care Home Manager
• Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders

Essential requirements for this Care Home Manager / Registered Manager role:

• Proven experience as a Care Home Manager and/or Registered Manager
• Strong track record managing elderly care homes
• Experience as the CQC Registered Manager
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or RMA qualification
• Strong leadership, people management, and organisational skills

Desirable:

• Experience opening or commissioning a new care home
• Commercial awareness and occupancy management experience as a Care Home Manager

• £52,000 per annum + £12,500 Bonus - £64,500 OTE!!
