Assembly Technician | Newport (NP10 8UL

You'll be detail-focused, reliable and enjoy hands-on work. This role is ideal if you take pride in precision, enjoy following processes, and like seeing a physical product come together. Ideally, you will have:
Experience working with electronics (desirable but not essential) The ability to follow procedures and external standards Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of IPC soldering standards (desirable but not essential) An understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements A flexible, adaptable approach with a positive “can-do” attitude Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently Clear written and verbal communication skills Good physical dexterity due to the nature of the work What will your role look like?

As an Assembly Technician at Abriox, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality monitoring equipment for gas and energy utilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling and testing monitoring equipment Ensuring products meet CE, UL and ATEX standards and comply with internal processes Preparing and organising materials for production Wiring, soldering and general assembly tasks Carrying out inspections, quality checks and packaging Labelling, packing and shipping finished products Maintaining accurate records and a safe, organised workspace What's next?
