Breedon Group plc is seeking a proactive Concrete Plant Supervisor for Newport, South Wales. You will lead concrete production, batch concrete, and ensure smooth site operation with a hands-on approach.
The role reports to the Production Manager and involves a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday mornings. Ideal candidates are experienced in similar plant environments, with strong communication and commitment to safety.
