We are looking for Food Production Operatives

• Basic pay rate: £12.71 per hour

• Immediate start available
• No previous experience required
• Shift: 05:30 to 14:30 (bus leaves Newport at 03:20) or 15:30 to 00:00 (bus leaves Newport at 13:00)
• Temporary-to-permanent opportunities available after 12 weeks

Mach Recruitment is recruiting several Food Production Operatives to work at a large food production and distribution site in Willand.

The Role:

As a Food Production Operative, you will be working within a fast-paced food production environment. Your duties will include:

• Packing customer products in line with required specifications
• Carrying out basic quality checks on products
• General production duties
• Some lifting and manual handling of products
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and ensuring food hygiene procedures are followed
• Working effectively and safely in line with Health and Safety requirements
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance with hygiene regulations at all times
• Completing general duties as instructed by your Shift Supervisor
