Tarmac Trading Limited is recruiting a Plant Supervisor - Readymix to lead the RMX operations on our Readymix plant. You will ensure safety, drive production performance, manage costs and supervise contractors and colleagues to meet customer needs and quality standards.
The role requires strong supervisory experience in heavy industry, knowledge of production processes and health, safety and environmental policies. Training in IOSH or NVQ is available if needed.
