Position: Manufacturing Operator I

Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, To safely manufacture products to the required quality and production standards by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and site safety requirements.,

  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow SOPs, GMP and quality standards.
  • Complete production documentation accurately.
  • Meet daily production and quality targets.
  • Carry out routine equipment checks and report faults.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the manufacturing team., This role operates on a 5-day rotating shift pattern , working Days, Afternoons and Nights , rotating on a weekly basis. Flexibility to work overtime may be required to meet business needs.
