360 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Lamb Butchers and Trimmers for a busy lamb boning hall in Wales. This is a full-time, ongoing role with shift starts at 6:00 am, 40 hours per week and overtime at time and a half. Pay ranges from £12.82 to £16.90 per hour depending on experience and skills, with the final rate confirmed after a skills assessment.
Ideal candidates have previous Lamb Butcher or Trimmer experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
