• Supporting patients with dementia and other health conditions to deliver personalized care and social support
• Administering medication and reviewing care plans
• Implementing care and treatment strategies tailored to individual needs
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure holistic patient care
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and wellbeing

• Valid NMC PIN and registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally within elderly or dementia care settings
• Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to high standards of patient care
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience with EMI & dementia care is desirable but not essential
