Hours:

Monday to Friday | Days | 8:00am - 4:30pm An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend the majority of your time on the shop floor, working closely with production teams, suppliers, and customers to drive quality standards and continuous improvement. Role & Responsibilities Manage incoming goods inspection and quality processes.

Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions. Lead the site's non-conformance process. Work closely with production to improve quality standards. Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve quality concerns. Deliver quality training and support continuous improvement initiatives. Carry out product inspections and ensure compliance with company standards. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Quality Engineer role within manufacturing. Knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving techniques.

Strong communication and organisational skills. Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail. Engineering or manufacturing background preferred.
