Job Overview
We're looking for a highly organised Quality Systems & Compliance Manager to lead and continually improve Tiny Rebel's Quality Management System and support our wider compliance and certification programmes, including SALSA, ISO
9001 and B Corp.
This is a business-wide role focused on compliance, governance and audit readiness rather than day-to-day production quality. You'll work across Production, Brewing, Commercial and Marketing to ensure our products, systems and processes meet the required legal, customer, food safety and certification standards.
Responsibilities- Lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage SALSA, ISO
9001 and B Corp certification and ongoing compliance - Coordinate internal, external and customer audits
- Oversee product compliance, specifications and legal food labelling
- Approve artwork and packaging before print across beer, spirits and merchandise
- Maintain product data including GS1, Brandbank and master data systems
- Drive document control, compliance reporting and continuous improvement
- Support departments with food safety, legislation and compliance best practice
- Coordinate evidence and actions required to maintain B Corp standards and certification
- Experience managing quality or compliance systems within food or drink manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of SALSA, BRC, ISO
9001 and/or similar certification standards - Experience with B Corp or wider ESG/sustainability certification would be advantageous
- Excellent understanding of UK food legislation and product compliance
- Experience reviewing artwork, specifications and allergen information
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can influence and coordinate across multiple departments
