Quality Systems & Compliance Manager

Job Overview

We're looking for a highly organised Quality Systems & Compliance Manager to lead and continually improve Tiny Rebel's Quality Management System and support our wider compliance and certification programmes, including SALSA, ISO
9001 and B Corp.

This is a business-wide role focused on compliance, governance and audit readiness rather than day-to-day production quality. You'll work across Production, Brewing, Commercial and Marketing to ensure our products, systems and processes meet the required legal, customer, food safety and certification standards.

• Lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS)
• Manage SALSA, ISO
  9001 and B Corp certification and ongoing compliance
• Coordinate internal, external and customer audits
• Oversee product compliance, specifications and legal food labelling
• Approve artwork and packaging before print across beer, spirits and merchandise
• Maintain product data including GS1, Brandbank and master data systems
• Drive document control, compliance reporting and continuous improvement
• Support departments with food safety, legislation and compliance best practice
• Coordinate evidence and actions required to maintain B Corp standards and certification

• Experience managing quality or compliance systems within food or drink manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of SALSA, BRC, ISO
  9001 and/or similar certification standards
• Experience with B Corp or wider ESG/sustainability certification would be advantageous
• Excellent understanding of UK food legislation and product compliance
• Experience reviewing artwork, specifications and allergen information
• Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
• Confident communicator who can influence and coordinate across multiple departments
