ICC Wales Sales Executive

Overview

As Sales Executive, your aim will be to convert the initial enquiries to confirmed revenue, promoting all facilities of ICC Wales, particularly on researching new clients to achieve the budget set for the event and contribute to ICC Wales overall revenue and profit. You will professionally promote and sell ICC Wales at appointments, site visits and over the telephone. You will engage in the entire sales process from research to bidding/tenders, proposal writing and contract issue.

You will implement and follow a sales strategy, using the systems and information available to achieve maximum rate, thus achieving budget. You will utilise exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills while having a fantastic eye for detail.

• Promote and sell ICC Wales facilities at appointments, site visits and over the telephone.
• Engage in the full sales process: research, bidding/tenders, proposal writing and contract issuance.
• Implement and follow a sales strategy using available systems and information to achieve maximum rate and meet budget.
• Utilise exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills with attention to detail.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while remaining calm under pressure.
• Natural ability to build rapport and an excellent telephone manner; confident explaining all product options within ICC Wales.
• Positive outlook, good eye for detail and IT literacy (Opera) is a must.
• Top multitasker with a sense of fun and professionalism.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
