Providing to an international supplier base, this company has an enviable reputation as a market leader in their field across the globe. Role & Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to customer enquiries
• Select and advise customers on suitable product selection
• Develop and maintain customer relations
• Promptly respond to customer enquiries by telephone and e-mails
• Prepare quotations from either Price Lists or from supplier costs
• To accurately prepare quotations ensuring accurate delivery considering available stock
• To process orders in the ERP system.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in an Internal Sales or Technical Sales role
• Ideally manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and engineering drawings
