Job Description OTE £50,000 Connells Group is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the successful team at our Pinkmove branch in Newport . Whether you're a newly qualified Mortgage Advisor looking to build your career or an experienced sales professional with a minimum of 2 years' proven success in a target-driven sales role , this is an excellent opportunity to develop within one of the UK's leading property services groups.

Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities Support customers with tailored mortgage and protection solutions Guide customers through the home-buying journey from enquiry to completion Deliver exceptional customer service whilst achieving and exceeding targets Skills & Experience We'd love to hear from candidates who have:
Either a CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) or a genuine interest in gaining the qualification and pursuing a career in Financial Services A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales-focused, target-driven environment A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent customer service and organisational abilities A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Why Join Us?
