Support worker (for victims of DV) - Newport
Bawso is the lead organisation in Wales providing practical and emotional support to black minority ethnic (BME) and migrant victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, human trafficking, Female Genital Mutilation and forced marriage.

We are seeking to appoint for the following position:

Support Worker (Female applicants only)

Location:

Newport

Salary £26,300 per annum pro rata

Role:

The support worker will be expected to participate in all aspects of Bawso’s work with particular responsibility for the welfare of women and their children in the refuge.

This role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part
1).
