Codi Group is seeking two Full-time, permanent Housing Floating Support workers for the Newport Newid team in Newport. You will work office hours with some flexibility to meet customer needs and travel to clients’ homes to deliver housing-related support.
You will support adults 18+ who are facing tenancy challenges, homelessness, or risk of homelessness. This role does not involve personal care.
