The Nelson Trust in Newport is seeking a compassionate Custody Engagement & Diversion Keyworker to join the One Wales service, supporting women and young adults 18–25 who come into contact with the criminal justice system.
You will identify, triage and refer individuals to community teams, work across custody and partner sites, maintain records and help reduce social harms while promoting access to housing, health and education.
