To help us achieve positive outcomes, we work closely with many organisations, for example Citizens Advice, Jobcentre Plus, DWP, Local Authorities, and Social Services, to ensure that the people we support have access to all the relevant services available to them.

Our office is based in Stow Park Church Community Centre, which is a bustling environment for the local community and provides many services, including access to a food bank that reaches across Newport to those most in need. The role can be challenging. At Taff, we work in a psychologically informed way and aim to build resilience in people affected by trauma, which can bring many challenging emotions.

Every member of the team at The Lighthouse Project helps create a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming workspace. You will also receive regular training and learning opportunities as we support you to progress in your career.
