The post holder will play a vital part in supporting the efficient running of our Multiple Sclerosis (MS) service.
To provide administrative coordination and support to the MS Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT), ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Main duties of the jobProvide administrative support to the MS team using advanced IT skills and software programmes.
Manage patient flow through the MS service tracking appointments and pathways.
Schedule blood monitoring appointments for patients receiving Disease modifying treatments (DMT).
Cover for the DMT coordinator in times of annual leave.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role;
