About the ServiceTy Ash is a nurturing, therapeutic children’s home offering long‑term residential care for up to four young people aged 4–18. Grounded in DDP and relational, trauma‑informed practice, the home provides a calm, emotionally safe environment where trust, connection, and healing are prioritised.
The team specialises in supporting neurodiverse children and those with autism, early childhood trauma, attachment needs, and dysregulated behaviours.
We also believe that caring for young people starts with caring for our staff. Our team is supported to reflect, learn, and grow, with a strong culture of teamwork, open communication, and shared learning. We encourage staff to bring their own passions like music, art, sports, or practical skills into the home, helping young people discover new interests and abilities. With relationships at the heart of our work, we celebrate meaningful progress and create a culture where both young people and staff can thrive.
