The Best Connection Newport is currently recruiting for reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a well-established client based in Central Newport
. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive pay and a supportive working environment.

You will be driving a Class 2 vehicle, completing a range of deliveries across South Wales and surrounding areas. Start times vary between 07:30 and 10:00
, giving flexibility and a later start option for those who prefer it.

This is a multi-drop role
, and the nature of the goods can vary depending on the route. You'll be expected to carry out deliveries in a safe and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service.

• Driving a Class 2 (Category
  
  C) vehicle to complete deliveries
• Carrying out vehicle checks before and after shifts
• Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point
• Adhering to all road safety and working time regulations

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence
• CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries preferred
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility with start times (between 07:30 and 10:00)

• Competitive pay at £14.00 per hour
