• Delivering and collecting shipments across your designated route
• Providing exceptional customer service at every customer interaction
• Planning and organising your workload to meet delivery commitments
• Loading, unloading, and handling shipments safely and securely
• Completing vehicle safety checks and complying with driving regulations
• Maintaining accurate delivery and collection records
• Identifying opportunities to support existing and potential customers
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service and operational targets

• A full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent geographical knowledge and route planning ability
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physical capability to undertake the demands of a multi-drop delivery role

• Previous courier, delivery, or professional driving experience
• C1 / 7.5 tonne licence
• Digital tachograph card
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations
