Head Start Teacher

Arkansas Early Learning (AEL) is dedicated to empowering children and families with essential skills, fostering a stronger community. We serve vulnerable children from birth to five across Arkansas through Early Head Start and Head Start programs, providing transformational learning experiences in a caring and safe environment.

Our programs include free Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K educational childcare services across 16 counties. We are committed to early education, implementing curricula even for children as young as 6 weeks old, and offering various support services to families.

The Head Start Teacher will deliver comprehensive services to enrolled children and families, creating enriching learning opportunities based on daily routines to support each child's development.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (Required)
• Experience teaching preschool-age children, with a degree or coursework related to early childhood education (Required)
