The Cage Cashier/Player Services Representative is responsible for the redemption of tickets/vouchers, the redemption of chips, performing check‑cashing/cash‑advance transactions for guests, and ensuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.

• Cash customers out, give correct change, and answer customer questions courteously and professionally.
• Accurately count and record assigned funds and make exchanges of funds throughout the shift, ensuring the drawer remains balanced.
• Assist with vault exchanges and complete required documents such as CTRs, W2G, and MTL.
• Verify and document personal identification information for check and cash‑advance transactions.
• Maintain customer relations, ensure safety and security of employees and customers.
• Fill in as a Main Banker when necessary.
• Issue player cards for new and existing accounts and redeem points for cash or prizes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of cashiering or banking experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a license to work at the facility from the regulatory body.
