The Cage Cashier/Player Services Representative is responsible for the redemption of tickets/vouchers, the redemption of chips, performing check‑cashing/cash‑advance transactions for guests, and ensuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Cash customers out, give correct change, and answer customer questions courteously and professionally.
- Accurately count and record assigned funds and make exchanges of funds throughout the shift, ensuring the drawer remains balanced.
- Assist with vault exchanges and complete required documents such as CTRs, W2G, and MTL.
- Verify and document personal identification information for check and cash‑advance transactions.
- Maintain customer relations, ensure safety and security of employees and customers.
- Fill in as a Main Banker when necessary.
- Issue player cards for new and existing accounts and redeem points for cash or prizes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
Must be available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
Education and Experience- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months of cashiering or banking experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a license to work at the facility from the regulatory body.
