• Mitigate customer complaints as needed
• Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
• Keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
• Take incoming calls, online and in‑person room booking requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
• Greet, check‑in, and check‑out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
• Must be able to work 3 pm – 11 pm
• Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

• Experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
• Graduated high school, received a GED, or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift
