We need an In-House Recruiter who can spot the next wave of high-performing sales talent — adaptable, competitive individuals who are hungry to prove themselves and thrive in our culture.
This isn’t a desk job where you wait for resumes to roll in. This is being front-and-center for Legion’s culture — finding hungry, driven people who rise when the stakes are high and can handle the heat of a fast-paced sales floor.
What You’ll Do
- Go where the competitors are — college campuses, athletic events, gyms, and networking events.
- Sell the Legion lifestyle — the competition, the rewards, and the culture that pushes people to win.
- Own the recruiting process from first contact to first day on the sales floor.
- Constantly hunt — cold outreach, social DMs, in-person networking — to keep a deep bench of future Problem Solvers ready.
- Protect the culture. If they’re not hungry, competitive, or committed, they don’t make the cut.
What We’re Looking For
- Competitive background and a proven drive to win.
- Proven recruiter OR natural closer who can find and win over talent in unconventional ways.
- High-energy communicator who can fire up a room or light a spark in a one-on-one conversation.
- Comfortable going beyond job boards — you’ll be showing up where your ideal candidates actually are.
- Fully bought into Legion’s mission and ready to represent it every day.
