This is a full-time Paralegal position based on-site in Newport, KY. The Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and managing case files. Other responsibilities include supporting client communication, ensuring case accuracy, and coordination of administrative legal tasks to maintain efficient workflow.

• Strong background in Law and knowledge of legal processes
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and attorneys
• Experience in conducting thorough and accurate Research
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a legal or law firm setting is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification is preferred
