Burlington’s cashiers are the last point of contact for guests, playing a key role in delivering a world‑class experience. These front‑line associates handle a variety of shopper requests, from ringing items to processing returns, while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

Base Pay: $13.50 per hour

Part‑time associates may earn additional benefits based on hours worked, including dental and vision coverage, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan. All associates receive an associate discount.
