• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or equivalent.
• Experience motivating a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule with availability for holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Demand of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledgeable in general retail practices and procedures needed to keep smooth operations.
• Team‑player experience, bringing energy and enthusiasm to encourage associates and achieve goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate the manager’s game plan.
• Skilled at mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
