Thisisabusiness-to-business(B2B) salesrolefocusedongeneratingandmaintainingcommercialserviceaccounts.

Youwillworkdirectlywithfacilitymanagers,property managers,business owners,andcommercialcustomerstodevelopcustomizedmaintenancesolutionsthatreducedowntimeandextendequipmentlife.

• • Prospectnewcommercialcustomersthroughcoldcalling,networking,referrals,andwalk-insalesvisits
  • Developandmaintainstrong B2
    
    Brelationshipswithfacilitymanagers,property managers,andbusinessowners
  • Generatenewsalesopportunitiesfor Preventative Maintenance (PM)
    AgreementsandHVACService Contracts
  • Conductcustomervisitsandfacilityassessments
  • Prepareandpresentserviceagreementproposals
  • Followuponleadsandmaintainaconsistentsalespipeline
  • Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforassignedaccounts
  • Buildlong-termpartnershipsthroughexceptionalcustomerserviceandrelationshipmanagement
  • Collaboratewiththeservicedepartmenttoensurecustomersatisfaction
  • Identifyreplacementopportunitiesandcoordinateturnoverofthoseopportunitiestothe Installation Departmentforestimatingandprojectdevelopment
  • Maintainaccuratecustomerrecordsandsalesactivityreports

  • HVAC,mechanical services,construction,facility management,orrelatedindustryexperiencepreferred
  • Strongcommunicationandrelationship-building skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Officeand CRMsoftware
