We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service representative. As Guest Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist guests with reservations, including room bookings and changes
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
• Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
• Multilingual skills are a plus (ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages)
• Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
